Privacy Policy

How TFP Models collects, uses, and protects personal information. Revision: October 26, 2026.

Community rules and child safety

Sensitive-photo provisions apply when the feature becomes available in the app. Until then, the existing content rules remain in force. Previous Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how TFP Models collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TFP Models mobile application, website, and related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in details.
  • Profile information such as photos, bio, role, social links, and portfolio content.
  • Content you provide, including messages, support requests, and reports.
  • Location-related information that you enter in your profile or use in search and filters.
  • Technical information such as device identifiers, app version, crash data, and notification tokens.

Portfolio photos may carry a sensitive-content label stored with the photo’s gallery entry. We use the date of birth supplied for your account to apply viewing and labeling controls. A supplied date of birth is not identity verification and does not verify the age of people depicted in a photo. The label describes a content category; it is not a legal age classification of the photo.

2. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To display your profile and help users connect and collaborate.
  • To support chat, casting workflows, discovery, moderation, and safety features.
  • To respond to support requests and improve service performance.
  • To send service-related notifications, including important account and app updates.

We use these labels and the supplied date of birth to control how portfolio photos are displayed and to review incorrect labeling. As a service rule, viewing other users’ labeled photos and applying labels is available only to accounts whose supplied date of birth indicates an age of at least 18. Viewing confirmation applies to the current profile visit and ends when that visit ends. It is not consent to unrelated processing of personal data.

3. Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and messaging providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms and policies.

Labeled photos are hidden by default from other viewers in supported versions of the app. This is an app display filter, not private storage or restricted server delivery. Existing photo and thumbnail URLs remain in use and may be opened directly; older or modified apps may bypass the filter. This feature does not add an identity-verification service or automated image classification. Existing service-provider disclosures continue to apply.

4. Data storage and retention

Account deletion removes your TFP Models sign-in account, profile and its device registrations, uploaded profile and casting-reference images, your castings and linked applications, conversations and messages, in-app support requests, user reports, blocks, and agreement records. Requests made in the app are scheduled for 7 days later; the server checks for due requests hourly. Signing back in before execution cancels a pending in-app request. Completed deletion cannot be undone.

This account-deletion process does not itself erase support emails, analytics records, service logs, or provider backups. Deleting a TFP Models account does not delete a separate Google or Apple account.

Deleting an individual chat hides it from the active list while its messages remain on the server for moderation and investigating abuse. There is currently no automatic 7-day purge or fixed retention period for hidden chats. Account deletion removes those associated conversations and messages.

Support email has no established fixed retention period. The configured retention periods for analytics, service logs, and provider backups have not yet been verified. Account deletion does not currently request deletion of Google Analytics for Firebase records. We do not promise deletion of these separate records or copies within 7 days.

A TFP Models administrator handles email requests and verifies ownership by confirmation through the email linked to the account. The administrator confirms account-deletion timing and cancellation instructions after verification. Sending an email does not automatically start the in-app 7-day timer; there is currently no fixed email-response deadline.

You can remove gallery photos and update or clear optional profile fields in the app while keeping your account. The administrator can also remove identified profile photos after verifying an email request. These changes do not guarantee erasure of older copies from logs, backups, or other people's independently saved copies.

See the account-deletion instructions and retention details.

When you select and edit portfolio photos, the app stores local draft files. Adding, reordering or removing photos in the editor does not publish those changes until you save. After saving, local files and operation records support the upload and save process. Uploading continues when you navigate to another screen while the app is running; closing the progress panel does not cancel it. Completion after force-quitting the app is not guaranteed.

Photos are published as their saves are confirmed. Uploading a file alone does not mean that it is published in your portfolio. If a save stops before completion, the app discards the unfinished changes when you next enter the portfolio editor; already published photos remain. The app attempts to remove associated local files when an operation completes or unfinished changes are discarded. We do not promise immediate deletion of all temporary or remotely uploaded files when the app closes.

Existing retention and deletion provisions also apply to these photos. Removing a label or deleting a photo does not erase copies previously downloaded or independently saved by other people.

5. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Follow the instructions to delete your account and associated data or request deletion of specific data while keeping your account. You can send an email request without reinstalling the app. Never email your password or sign-in codes.

To make a privacy-related request, email support@tfpmodels.org with the subject line Privacy Request.

You can change a new label before saving. Once saved, the app does not allow the photo owner to remove the label directly. An authorized moderator can correct it. To request review, contact support@tfpmodels.org. These interface restrictions do not remove your ability to request correction or deletion of personal data or to delete photos through available controls, subject to existing account restrictions.

6. Children's privacy

TFP Models is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

The minimum profile age is 13, subject to any higher age required by applicable law for independent use. The supported app does not offer users under 18 a way to reveal other users’ photos labeled as sensitive. Reveal controls are also unavailable if the account’s age is missing or invalid. These service controls rely on the date of birth supplied for the account; they are not verified-age checks or restrictions on direct photo URLs. Store availability and regional age requirements apply separately.

7. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that data protection laws may differ depending on the location where data is processed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, traffic sources, device and browser information, and clicks on app download links. Google receives this usage information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish browsers and visits. A download-link click does not confirm that the app was installed.

Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “No thanks” keeps it disabled. We store your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes this site's analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected by Google. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for this website.
