This Privacy Policy describes how TFP Models collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TFP Models mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in details.
- Profile information such as photos, bio, role, social links, and portfolio content.
- Content you provide, including messages, support requests, and reports.
- Location-related information that you enter in your profile or use in search and filters.
- Technical information such as device identifiers, app version, crash data, and notification tokens.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account.
- To display your profile and help users connect and collaborate.
- To support chat, casting workflows, discovery, moderation, and safety features.
- To respond to support requests and improve service performance.
- To send service-related notifications, including important account and app updates.
3. Sharing of information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and messaging providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms and policies.
4. Data storage and retention
Account deletion removes your TFP Models sign-in account, profile and its device registrations, uploaded profile and casting-reference images, your castings and linked applications, conversations and messages, in-app support requests, user reports, blocks, and agreement records. Requests made in the app are scheduled for 7 days later; the server checks for due requests hourly. Signing back in before execution cancels a pending in-app request. Completed deletion cannot be undone.
This account-deletion process does not itself erase support emails, analytics records, service logs, or provider backups. Deleting a TFP Models account does not delete a separate Google or Apple account.
Deleting an individual chat hides it from the active list while its messages remain on the server for moderation and investigating abuse. There is currently no automatic 7-day purge or fixed retention period for hidden chats. Account deletion removes those associated conversations and messages.
Support email has no established fixed retention period. The configured retention periods for analytics, service logs, and provider backups have not yet been verified. Account deletion does not currently request deletion of Google Analytics for Firebase records. We do not promise deletion of these separate records or copies within 7 days.
A TFP Models administrator handles email requests and verifies ownership by confirmation through the email linked to the account. The administrator confirms account-deletion timing and cancellation instructions after verification. Sending an email does not automatically start the in-app 7-day timer; there is currently no fixed email-response deadline.
You can remove gallery photos and update or clear optional profile fields in the app while keeping your account. The administrator can also remove identified profile photos after verifying an email request. These changes do not guarantee erasure of older copies from logs, backups, or other people's independently saved copies.

5. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
Follow the instructions to delete your account and associated data or request deletion of specific data while keeping your account. You can send an email request without reinstalling the app. Never email your password or sign-in codes.

6. Children's privacy
TFP Models is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
7. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that data protection laws may differ depending on the location where data is processed.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
